OS X app that managing os x settings

Hi

Anyone knowing of any os x app that could be used to setup os x after fresh installs?
I want to manage settings for finder and system settings and i want my preferences and profiles saved in iCloud so that any new mac i setup can easily apply the settings i used before.

Basically I want an app where i can handpick from things this script do https://github.com/mathiasbynens/dotfiles/blob/master/.osx and remember my choices in iCloud


Any luck?
