OS X Bonjour over Hamachi

I've installed Hamachi on a G4 Mac Mini at work and an Intel iMac at home. I can create a network and join the network on both machines. I see that each computer is logged in to the virtual network. I launch iChat on both machines but neither computer recognizes each other. I tried to ping the other computer using the hamachi IP but it can't find it. Is there something I'm doing wrong or is there something I need to do to make it work? Thanks for the help, first post here.

I've got the same problem, trying to play COD4.

All I can think of is checking settings on the router, but the purpose of Hamachi is to bypass that stuff in the first place.
