i moved my imac os x primary disk from internal to external SSD
i reduce my internal hdd to smaller size than SSD and then clone with CCC

i now boot from this disk but in TM preference i lost exlude path, and if i try to activate TM i see on the right backup dates but can't access any

i guess it sees it as a different disk that doesn't mach previous backup
any way to fix it?

You can access your previous backups by clicking the name of the computer in the side bar of the Finder in Time Machine "Starwars" interface.

Thanks, i didn't know that! :)
I guess that when i will activate TM will back up all my disk non only changed file files, correct?

No.

A few months ago I replaced the hard drive of my MBP for a SSD : I cloned the HD to the SSD placed in an external enclosure, then I opened the MBP and replaced the HD for the SSD.

When I did the first Time Machine backup, it worked as usual and saved only the new or modified files.
