OS X Dictionary

I'm getting sick of the OS X spell checker wanting to change my Australian spelling to US spelling. Do you know if there is any way to change the OS X dictionary (I assume there is) and where I could get an Australian one to replace it with?

How much different is the Australian English from International English

You might want to try that first and see if it helps.
