OS X doesn't display some characters on my macbook...

like the one in this page http://www.encyclopediadramatica.com/ಠ_ಠ instead of the eye looking thing coming up, I'm just getting boxes.

I know how to add this stuff in Windows but not OS X. What do I do so it will display?
