OS X El Capitan 10.11.1 seed install issues

I've installed OS X El Capitan twice now and each attempt left my icons and app icons on dock unable to work. They would state that app was corrupt. The icon image would then change to white background with triangular figure on bottom right.

I had to reinstall OS X to 10.11.
