Does anyone know of an app that can be installed on OS X like this one below that can parse and display text quickly one word at a time on or offline ?

I'm sure I saw an app similar for Mac a while back but could not dig it up with various searches on google.
It is very useful.There is another company that is more focused on Windows platform that use a proprietory cadence speech rhythm for the text display.I'm using spreeder with readability another text parser.....great combo if you don't know about them...
