iOS OS X iPhone OS Download?

In the directions to setup the iPhone as a developer device it states to download the iPhone OS X software from the portal but I don't see it anywhere. Am I right in assuming that part of the document was relating to the beta SDK and beta iPhone firmware?

They have yet to update it. It's simply 2.0 or 2.0.1

Some of those instructions are from before 2.0 was released and only the developers had it.
