OS X keyboard settings, I want my Shift+F9 back

F9, F10, F11 & F12 are assigned to Expose/Dashboard etc and can be de-assigned in System Preferences, however I can't find a way of getting Shift+F9 passed to my applications. It seems tied to Expose.

Any suggestions?

OK, following up myself, this has now been solved (help from a Linux newsgroup!).

What I'm still stuck with (and forgot to mention before) is that PgUp/PgDn don't get passed to my X11 apps, I've tried using Shift+PgUp / Shift+PgDn but nada. It'll be a great help for my luddites if we can clean this last thing up.
