OS X Lion and iPhone 4 Address Book Sync.

Hi,

I'm experiencing a problem in syncing the contacts on my phone with my address book.

Each time I sync my phone, the contacts on my phone are replaced with the contacts in my address book. This is even after I have unchecked the "Replace information on this phone" option in iTunes.

Could anyone help shed some light on this problem?

I've even tried replacing the entire Address Book folder from the Application Support folder from my Time Machine backups and it does not work.
