OS X Lion mouse pointers

Is it possible to change the mouse pointer in OS X Lion? I remember using an Unsanity haxie but it's not been updated for about 40 years or so.

Can someone tell me what program will let you do this?

One those applications (first link) will not work with lion. And isn't even SL compatible.
The other two just add special effects and a zoom. Not sure, but it doesn't sound like what the OP is looking for.
