We are having problems accessing our network homes on Lion clients.
We create mobile accounts then using workgroup manager, authenticate to AD, find the user then create their home folder on a external drive connected to our OS X 10.6.8 server. We uncheck force home on local machine and let the users connect to their network home. We have been doing this for about 4 months without any issues using 10.6 but with 10.7 we can no longer sync users with their home folders.
The sync could not complete because your network home at "(null)" does not allow writing.
