Hi, i'm noobie here and on actualizing Mac OS.

I've got a MacBook Black with 2.4Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo and 4GB Ram. I've been looking some others threads and i saw that my graphic card, intel GMA x3100 may have some issues, as the kernel that doesn't work on 64 bit.

Does it worth it??

Lion is fully supported on that Macbook. It runs well with 4GB of ram. 64-bit kernel doesn't get you anything special. It's just something that Apple has worked into the public mind as being something they need, without the general public actually needing it. Same with applications. Most don't benefit from 64-bits and just end up taking up more ram than a 32-bit of the same application.
