I recently abandoned Entourage and fully embraced OS X Mail.

There are a few features that I miss from Entourage that I am hopping there may be some plugins available for Mail.

Are there any plugins available that will flash the sender's name and subject line in a dialog box like Entourage does? Also is there an option to allow Mail to read newsgroups?
