You know that Mavericks is under the NDA, right? Ask your question in the official developer forums or just add your own icon.

Click on the icon...copy the icon or picture by apple + c ... apple + i or right click to get info... Click on the icon right in the info window and apple + v or paste.

If you want the dock icon to change, you have to go to applications window, do the above and drag the new icon to the dock.

I initially meant to post this thread in the official developer forum, I had Mac Rumors and the official developer forum open and posted it here not even realizing.

FYI, I got it resolved.
