I hope you all are doing well toda. I recently installed Bootcamp 1.1.1 and Windows XP Home w/Service Pack 2. Normally, I would never do this, but I am studying for the CPA exam and needed Windows on here to run some Windows only study software. After installing, I have noticed a few problems with my OS X install. First, spotlight would not work. I had to add my mac HD to the ignore list in system preferences and then take it off again to get it to reindex my hard drive so that spotlight will work. Additionally, I keep getting the spinning beach ball when I open programs such as iPhoto, Safari, etc. The beach ball will be there for a minute or so and then the program will work like normal. Finally, I have noticed that if I view QT videos in Safari that Safari will sometimes crash. I did not have problems such as this when I had just OS X on here. Any idea of what I might do to fix this sluggishness? I have verified permissions w/Disk Utility, but don't know much else to do. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!
