OS X Server expiration with ADC serial?

Hi -

I asked elsewhere, but couldn't figure it out... What happens when an installation of OS X Server using the Apple Developer Connection (Select Membership) serial number expires?

I just registered, and wass excited to see how developing in the server environment would go... but i'm a little worried that the serial number they provide has an expiration date of late june. Do they issue another serial? Would i need to re-install server at that point?

Anyone tried using Server under the ADC membership program?

I'm not a registered dev but from what I've seen online in the past, Apple issues new serial numbers when the old ones get close to expiration. I don't know whether it's possible to switch to a new serial number "on the fly".
