OS X Server for Print Server for Windows 32-bit and 64-bit Clients

OS X server is supposed to be able to handle being a print server for both Windows and Mac clients. However, I am wondering if both Windows 64-bit and 32-bit clients can use an OS X print server. Also, when using an OS X print server do the Windows clients require local driver installation?
