Switching between Windows/OS X is frustrating because of differing shortcut keys. Is there any good solution for using OS X shortcut keys on Windows?

Mainly...
Alt-Tab -> Cmd-Tab
Alt-F4 -> Cmd-Q
Ctrl-A/C/X/V/Z/F/etc -> Cmd-A/C/X/V/Z/F/etc

I'm thinking I could remap CTRL to CMD. I'd still like to at least have Cmd-Tab working for application switching though. I don't know of a way of remapping individual shortcuts; just individual keys...

I use sharpkeys to remap the command key to alt (for gaming purposes), you should be able to do whatever you want using the same free app.
