I just turned on my macbook this afternoon, after turning it off last night. The first time, I waited about a minute, and all that was there was the little spotlight icon. Then I got beachballed, and hard-restarted it. The second time, I waited a little longer, but it still too about maybe 2 min. to start up.
3d time was slower than usual, but now all my apps feel abit laggy.
What the heck is wrong? I checked my startup apps, no unusual things...nothing unusual in activity monitor either...*although with safari, ichat, mail, and activity monitor, im already using a gig of ram...)
EDIT: scratch that, Its a gig including inactive, half a gig active.
