I do like the visuals of Tiger and panther over Leopard how do i apply a "Tiger" theme to Leo? i like the Blue apple icon better

Funny you should ask that, they talked about this just the other day in the Mountain Lion PowerPC Theme V2 thread. jbarley provides the links you seek in post #94!
The thread topic is Lion theme, you are right about that, but they talk about Tiger themes inside it as well, look up the post I mentioned.
