OS X thinks Pictures folder is an app

Ok, so I was messing around with my iPhoto library (I was trying to get iPhoto '09 to use an old library) and somewhere along the line my Pictures folder is now a package. I can right click and Show Package contents and everything. When I double click it it opens iPhoto which then gives an error saying it can't open 3 files, and then it opens my iPhoto Library file which isn't in that folder/app

I can't delete it, I tried repairing permissions, and I need some help!

Ok, so I figured this out finally. I had to download FileMatey and remove the "bundle bit" that got applied to this folder somehow. That was very wierd.
