OS X website re-direct issue

Dear All,

I'm facing a issue on both OS X 10.9.1 and 10.10 preview 7.

While I access to some internet content and it required to direct to https, such as access to HSBC HK website and click the "Personal Internet banking" button, browser (Chrome / Safari) show page not found issue.

I tried to use Windows to simulate the problem inside the same network, there is No problem.

May I know how can I fixed it? software issue / hardware issue?
