Duel booting with Snow Leopard X 10.6.3 & Windows XP if I install "Kaspersky Internet Security" in the windows partition, will it cause problems with the MacBook ?

No it won't. It should run just fine and not bother the OS.

Also make sure to update the Mac OS X version to 10.6.8 and current security patches. 10.6.3 is three years old.
