OS4 and mass distribution?

Hi,

I have heard that with OS4, applications can actually be pushed onto the registered devices from a centralized utility like iTunes. This would be in addition to the standard way of pulling the application in onto one's devices by downloading it from the iTunes.
Is this correct? Has somebody already tried this feature, if it exists?
