OS4 GM Lost MMS?

I have the ATT carrier file 7.0 installed on my 3GS as a part of the GM update but I seem to have lost MMS. Does anyone know if this is the correct carrier file or if there is a more recent version that was not included in the GM? I tried a Network Reset but still don't have MMS.
