I know their are some great compatibility threads being maintained on the forum...but I came across a nice spreadsheet today which provides the status of the compatibility of many of the Cydia/JB apps with the new OS4.
I believe it's getting updated on a continual basis and I certainly can't vouch for the accuracy.
