I just found out that we can no longer browse our iPhone music library with Watch OS4. What Apple were thinking is beyond me. Probably a push for Apple Music/ LTE, but I digress.

But I am still confused about one thing.

Will the LTE Apple watch allow you to browse music on your iPhone, even if you don't have LTE activated? Or is browsing your iPhone music library completely gone now?

I am hoping it comes back in 4.1. At the moment without it there is very little reason to use the watch

I don't know what's happened at Apple. They are currently making some questionable decisions (in my opinion)
