OS7 Update and Beta

I have a notice in Watch>Settings>General>Software Updates that 7.1 Beta is available. I've deleted Profile for beta testing from my phone but I can't delete the Beta.
The problem is I received a notice on my phone that OS7.0.1 is available but I can't find it.
How can I get the update and not the beta. I don't want to participate in the beta anymore.
Yes, I am a bit confused. Help please

You need to also delete the profile from your watch. Watch app > settings > general > scroll down. You should see profile listed. Delete it.

Thank you. My mistake on the update. The notice says 7.1 not 7.0.1
I was going crazy trying to find that. Profile deleted. Thanks again 👍👍

Okay now update 7.0.1 showed up in watch app. I'm back on track 😸
