Since upgrading to WatchOS8, I have this super annoying bug or new feature where by my watch will tell me I have achieved my goal but the full screen notification just stays on the screen until tapped; it would literally sit for hours if I left it.
Previous version would pop up with the stand, exercise or move notification/animation and then disappear.
