OS9 Hard Disc Image

Last night I ran Norton Disc checker and accepted several small repairs. HOWEVER....I now notice that on OS9 my hard disc image has changed to a green file with a set of compasses and a tri square. Does anyone know if this is a problem......Can I return it to normal?....If I leave it, are there any effects? .....any advise would be welcome....anyone else come across this?
