OSStatus 5 with time machine

I'm using the mac mini server (snow leopard version but now running Lion), with one of the volumes on the second disk configured as a time machine disk.
My Macbook Air gets the OSStatus 5 message after authenticating to the server (using the credentials of the administrator, which also happens to be the local credentials of the laptop)

Any thoughts?

The solution was to choose the other time capsule disk listed. The one I was choosing was the volume, in the shared folder on that volume was a folder called Backups. Choosing that as the time machine disk is now working fine.
