OSX 10.14.6 mac mini 2018 Logic Pro X maxing out on TWO audio tracks! ?? !!!

Hi there,
MacMini 10.14.6 Processor 3.2 GHz Intel Core i7 32 GB RAM running Logic Pro X nothing else TWO audio tracks with logic EQ on each channel and master bus. Logic preferences IO buffer size set to max and changed multithreading options. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE this maxes out already? Can someone pls advise. Thanks

Hi again, to be precise there were two audio tracks playing / enabled. Other VSTS (2-3) were loaded but were not playing any data (blank channels), and a few other tracks were muted, so two audio tracks were playing. There is no way this should be maxing out already. Does the computer have a bug?
