OSX 10.3.9 what is the best torrent software?

Im new to the torrent world and understand i need some software before i can access torrents but all i can find seems to be geared to Windows or requires at least OSX 10.4, can anyone recommend some - ideally free - software than will run on my ageing G4???? thanks!

I couldn't find any specs, but I used Azureus:
