OSx 10.4 Better support for PDA syncing?

I'm using OS10.3.9 and iSync AND Pocket Mac Pro to link with an iPaq 4150 PDA. I have one big "issue (problem) which is the syncing with the Entourage calendar throws up multiple entries on different dates for annual events.

Does anyone know whether iSync with 10.4 is better enabled to link with PDAs?
