OSX 10.6 Snow Leopard

I used to have it on my MB, but now I want to install it on my Mini, does anyone know if it is Legal to use the same copy although for two different machines, even though I no longer use it on my MB, so essentially I will still only be using one copy?

If it is only being used on one machine then I don't think anyone is going to be angry at you. Irrespective of whether it is strictly legal it is morally fine and nobody will know.

If it's the grey install disc that came with your MacBook, it will not work.
