I updated my new MacBook Pro this morning to the new OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion) and when I went to plug my iPhone 4S in to add music I get the message below... every time. It will no longer connect and is telling me to reformat now... wtf I dont want to. Whats going on? anyone else have this issue?

This is what It look like:

Do you know if you were running iTunes 10.6.3 prior to upgrading your Mac OS? Or if you ran Software Update after upgrading? Is the iPhone directly connected, not through a hub?

I figured out that the only way to get it to sync is to choose sync via wifi. So I will just do it that way
