OSX Address book keeps 'fixing' entries?

I have my address book synced with my iPhone, and I also use Mail.app. I keep getting last names added to my contacts in Address book that I didn't put in. I think it's from the associated email addresses in Mail.app.

Can I turn this off? It is highly annoying.
