recently joined up with boxpn and have tried unsuccessfully connecting on OSX by following https://www.boxpn.com/setupmac.aspx. i have not tinkered with my router (Billion 7800N).
the customer support at boxpn has been excellent they remotely connected to my mac and tried setting up the VPN by both PPTP and L2TP but couldn't get either to connect.
the kick in the guts was that i was able to connect my WinXP laptop and iPad to boxpn. wtf?
boxpn think there's something wrong with my OSX (10.8.3, iMac) and can not provide any further support. they suggested a reinstall of OSX which im trying to avoid initially
any ideas anyone? any help would be very greatly appreciated.
