OSX Backup Users Library Long Copy Times

Hey,

Having a bit of an odd problem at the moment, been backing up my files regularly, and i usually backup up my Library folder that is contained within my User folder. This folder is around 800MB in size, had no problems backing it up before. But as of late its been taking hours to copy and around 3hrs just for 200MB? Anyone else hae similar problems? or know what the problem could be?

Please delete this thread as i found the culprit. A huge Safari Cache file. I guess even though it was relatively small in MB, it took along time to copy each individual cache.
