OSX Cursor stuck on screen in all games!

Uh, yeah as the title says. I go to play ANY of my games (ut2k4, MOH, COD, and Doom 3) and my Mac OSX cursor is permanently stuck in the middle of the screen throughout. Anyone else having this issue?

2x 2.0GHz G5 (Rev. B)
1.5GB Ram
nVidia 6800u
2x 160GB Maxtor
Mac OSX 10.3.8
Latest patches for games

Remove DivX codec from Quicktime folder and restart game.
