OSX Lion- How would I delete encrypted partitions on my external drive?

I had been using Time Machine on encryption and I managed to delete the files on 2 partitions for 2 different computers, but I have a large partition that storages a lot pictures from trips, etc, so I'm afraid to clear the entire 2TB drive if theres a simple way to fix this?

In this picture I have the 2 Time Machine partitions and I mainly want to delete the smallest partition since its not needed anymore.

Next- I went into time machine and I waited for ~5 hours for it to decrypt the partition that I thought I could delete/remove that partition, but now it says "The partition wont be changed"?
