OSX Lion Password entry screen

Hi, so after upgrading to lion i have started to get this image every time i am suppose to type in my password. Obviously i know from experience what it says and so but it is still kinda annoying! Has anyone else encountered this and possible know a fix for it or am i just stuck with this? ;) appreciate any help!
