I have a Mac Mini Server (Current i7 Quad Core) and an iPad 2 (Wifi) and 3 iPhones (3GS and 4S). All my devices and Macs have the current software.

I don't run the Server App on my Mac Mini, in that it (the App) is there but I don't run any of the services and I have unticked the 'dedicate system resources' part as well. I wanted the Server version more for the processor. But I was thinking it might have some hidden services that work well with the iPad through WiFi for example.

Does anyone have a cheat sheet or suggestion on settings for the Server App that would complement an iPad/iOS? I was thinking along the lines of ftp for example for streaming vids. I don't use the jail break method and use mainly iTunes to backup and sync all my devices. Note also I use FingerPrint Print Server for printing as well.

Any suggestions on whether I can use Lion Server, and if so under what suggested configeration?

Thanks,

Silver
