I would like to know if i upgrade my OS from Snow leopard to Lion
Will i be using all my data which is in my system now. Like Photos, Music and every thing, Also i have installed Parallels on my Macbook pro to use Windows 7
Let me know Guys

Did you go from Leopard to Snow Leopard? Everything worked going from Leopard to SL, didn't it? I would expect going from SL to Lion to be the same. There might be some upgrade for Parallels to work properly under Lion but you (hopefully) shouldn't be asked to pay for the upgrade.

I didn't upgrade from Leopard to Snow leopard
so i don't know whether it works or not, trying to find out should i do or not
 
It gives you the option to import data from your old machine / partition or to install fresh. I did a fresh install and it all worked fine. I haven't decided if I am going to do a fresh install or not for my final install or not. Right now I'm running off an external drive and all seems good.
