When I turn on my mac I get the usual Login Window asking for a Password for my account, but recently something new appeared, a other user tab, so I can go there and type "root" and access the machine as administrator, How I can change the Pass for root or simply remove the "Other" user login in the main window?

System Prefrences -> Accounts -> Login Options -> "Display login window as:" and select "List of Users". That should get rid of the Other... option, I think. Edit: no, maybe not. It probably has to do with you enabling root.

The root password can be changed in the NetInfo Manager app. I think that's the "official" way, dunno about other methods.

That doesnt work, sorry
