Occassionaly, after rebooting my new MacBook Pro, my Wallpaper will revert to a previous image I used, and my wireless Mighty Mouse loses it's button assignments (scroll-ball used to open Dashboard, and side buttons used to open Exposé). It might be losing other settings that I just haven't come across, as if yet.

Has anyone had this problem? Do you think it might have something to do with MobileMe and the "preferences" settings it saves? Do you think a re-install of the OS might help?

Thanks

It looks like it was definately MM.

I shut MobileMe off before coming to work and saved the new mouse/wallpaper settings. I restarted the MBP at work, and all my settings are still here. thanks
