Osx mavericks give all pre ious updates?

I have OS X lion, if i get mavericks will i get everything that is also in mountain lion?

just upgraded my MBP from Lion to Mavericks and so far all is well.

U also got things from mountain lion? Like speech to text and all other features? Any bugs?
