osx ML 10.8.2 parental control

Hi,

I am looking into setting up parental control on 10 mac mini computers we have purchased for our school. All has gone well up until now. I cannot see how to individually disable items in system preferences. I only need students to see the audio and DVD items. Surely this must be possible?
