I have problem with my iMac. I can't connect with my apple ID to messages and to face time. This problem appear few days ago after last software update. On my iPad2 this works with no problem.
I hope that you will help me to solve this problem.

Can you login here at Apple's web site under "Manage my AppleID"?? That will at least tell you if your AppleID and password are correct.

If there are I would remove the AppleID from Facetime and Messages, then turn both off. Then turn back on and enter what you know to be the correct ID and password.

Highly probable it is the logging in part, as the OP already posted the same problem four months ago, though without getting any replies, and while having a good thread title.
